INIT, finally a solid charging solution after two centuries

Oostenburgereiland, where the INIT building has been located since 2005, dates back to the 17th century and was for a long time the centre of the international trade city of Amsterdam. Oostenburgereiland has all the ingredients for a vibrant living and working environment. However, it still lacked charging solutions for its visitors. Together with our charging station engineers, we drew up a thorough plan to make electric charging available. Through our operation and charging station management, we are once again making history on Oostenburgereiland after two centuries. Transport therefore never stands still.
